Don't Sip The Sap – Orton-Gillingham /s/
Sid holds a red cup with sap while Sal offers a clean blue cup to help him enjoy his drink.
Sid sat on a log in the sun. He had a red cup to sip.
Sal ran to Sid. “Don’t sip, Sid! I see sap on the cup,” said Sid. “It is from the tree,” said Sal.
Sid was sad. “I can not sip,” he said. Sal said, “I can get a cup.”
He ran from the log to the bus. He got a blue cup from the bag. Sid said, “You got the blue cup from the bus?”
“Yes,” said Sal. “It has no sap.” Sid had a sip from the blue cup.
